- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper
Directions:

Add the shrimp, Cajun seasoning, pepper, and salt .Cook for three to four minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cookedthrough.
Step 3: Combine the grits and shrimp. Gradually stir the shredded cheddar cheeseinto the cooked grits until fully melted. Gently fold in the sautéed shrimp andcooked bacon.
