Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
 

  • Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly and trim thestems. Cut them in half for quicker cooking.
  • In a big skillet. Now heat the olive oil overmedium heat and add minced garlic.
  • To add the halved Brussels sprouts, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, dried thyme, and black pepper. Cook until the sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
  • Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over thesprouts, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes to let the flavorsmeld.
