Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly and trim thestems. Cut them in half for quicker cooking.
In a big skillet. Now heat the olive oil overmedium heat and add minced garlic.
To add the halved Brussels sprouts, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, dried thyme, and black pepper. Cook until the sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over thesprouts, tossing gently to coat evenly.
Cook for another 2 minutes to let the flavorsmeld.
