- Ground beef 1 pound
- Kidney beans 1 can (16 oz)
- Finely chopped 1 onion
- Diced tomatoes 2 cans (14 oz each)
- Mexene Chili Powder 3 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced 2 cloves
- Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
First in a medium skillet, brown the beef over medium heat and drain excess fat. Now add onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant .
Now stir in Mexene Chili Powder, salt, cumin, and pepper and mix well. Then add tomatoes and kidney beans, simmer for at least 18-20 minutes and adjust seasoning to taste.
