Japchae Recipe Shirataki
This is one of my best Korean noodle recipes. Isimply love this recipe for its fresh taste.

- 2 packs of shirataki noodles
- 50g beef sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned to diced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup blanched and chopped spinach
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Water to diced
First rinse the shirtaki noodlesthoroughly in water. Now boiling on low heat for 4-5 minutes, the noodles anddrain again.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the soy sauces, sesame oil, sugar and beef marinate.
Now heat the vegetable oil in a pan and add the garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the beef and fry it up about 2 minutes, then add the carrot, and salt and pepper to taste and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the vegetables and shirataki noodles and fry them up for about 3-4 minutes. Now your japchae recipe is ready to serve. Add the soy sauce and garnished with sesame seeds and serve.
