- 1 cup Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs baking powder
- Pinch of salt and coconut oil
First in a mideum mixing bowl, combine the together buckwheat flour, salt, and baking powder. Then in a different bowl mix the almond milk, mashed banana, and honey until these are well combined.
Now gradually you pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Now these are stir until you have a smooth batter.
Now heat a non stick skillet over medium heat and grease with coconut oil. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet to make need pancake. are cook for 3 minutes on until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter and serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as fresh berries.
