Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1 cup of blackberry brandy
  • 1/2 cup of triple sec
  • 1/2 cup of simple syrup
  • 1 cup of fresh blackberries
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Soda water (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, blackberry brandy, triple sec, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix the ingredients these  thoroughly.
  • Add the fresh blackberries, orange slices, lemon slices, and lime slices to the pitcher. Gently muddle the fruit with a wooden spoon to release their flavors.
  • Now place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the sangria chill for at least two hours,  allowing the all flavors to meld together.
  • Once the sangria has chilled, give it a good stir. Taste the mixture andadjust the sweetness by adding more some simple syrup if desired.
  • To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the blackberry sangria over the ice. If you prefer a bubbly sangria, top each glass with a splash of soda water.
  • Garnish each glass with a few fresh blackberries and a slice of orange,lemon, or lime for an extra touch of elegance.
