Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Two cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • One tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • One tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1One tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • One teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a big pot, combine the ingredients lean ground turkey, minced red onion, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix the burger ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the burger meat.
  • Now divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, approximately one inch thick.
  • Now you preheat a grill pan over medium or high heat. Then took the turkey burgers for about five-six minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Now remove the burgers from the heat and let them for a few minutes before serving.
