Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • First place the chicken breasts in the paper wrap and in a shallow dish, mix together the salt and flour. Now coat the chicken breast well with the flour mixture.
  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the chicken and cook until it browns. Turn the chickens over and add the mushrooms and wait for 5-6 until the mushrooms are soft. Now add the chicken stock and lemon juice and simmer the chicken for 10-12 minutes until it turns pink.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with parsley for flavor and spice. Now your chicken marsala recipe is ready you can enjoy it now.
