Ingredients
  

  • Pickling cucumbers - 6 cups 
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 cup
  • Pickling salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoon

  • Celery seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric - 1 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Step1: First of all wash and slice cucumbers into thin rounds. Then you combine vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, turmeric, and celery seeds in a saucepan.
  • Step2: Now bring the mixture to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. Add the cucumber slices and cook for at least 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Step3: Now pack cucumber slices into jars and add ice cubes, then pour the brine over them. Seal jars and these refrigerate for at least 20 hours.
